Custom Support


All Metro Publisher plans include basic support at no extra charge. That support is limited to features and issues directly related to Metro Publisher.

However, if you prefer the personal touch, have custom requests or issues not directly related to Metro Publisher features, we now offer extended personalized service packages.

Service Packages

Metro Publisher’s service packages provide you with direct one-on-one sessions with a dedicated support specialist. Extended services include:

  • Questions and troubleshooting of third party services
  • Issues associated with ad servers such as Google Ad Manager and Broadstreet
  • Custom HTML or Javascript
  • Custom design
  • Personal training
  • Data imports and exports

With either service package, you may schedule these individual services as needed.

  • Tier 1 Service Package
    3 hrs per quarter at $375 ($135 for each additional hour) / quarter
  • Tier 2 Service Package
    5 hrs per quarter at $575 ($135 for each additional hour) / quarter


  • Billed quarterly
  • Unused time does not rollover into the next quarter
  • Cancellation – Account owner must submit a support ticket requesting cancellation 15 days before renewal date.
NOTE: Custom support services are a paid add-on service of Metro Publisher Support. Billing is quarterly based on the date your service is initiated. Cancellation requires a support ticket submission.
