Google Ad Services
Managing Google ad products isn't always easy, especially given their somewhat complexly written help documents and limited access to direct support.
AdSense
Please have a look at Google's documentation on troubleshooting AdSense issues here: Troubleshoot and resolve common AdSense issues
If you cannot resolve the issue, you are welcome to submit a support ticket and we will try to help.
Google Ad Manager
Google's troubleshooting guides for GAM are here: Troubleshoot Google Ad Manager
GAM support options directly from Google are summarized here: Support options for Google Ad Manager
As a first step, please use the Google diagnostics tool by appending ?googfc to the URL in question, so for your homepage, for example, it would be this format:
https://yourwebsite.com/?googfc
This is where we will initially send you in response to any support request. You will see information on each ad unit once that tool loads along with a link to delivery diagnostics for that slot.
That should give you some information with which to resolve the issue. You can also send us screenshots of any diagnostics you do not understand by submitting a support ticket and we can have a look.
Should we need access to your GAM and/or AdSense accounts, we would pass the information along to our custom services team since troubleshooting 3rd party products beyond any issues in your Metro Publisher settings would be a paid service. Read more here: Metro Publisher Custom Support
Broadstreet
The Broadstreet Help Center troubleshooting articles can be found here: Troubleshooting Broadstreet Ads
Once you have reviewed the relevant topics, you can contact Broadstreet Support for any additional questions here: Broadstreet Support Team Contact
If you would like to submit a support ticket to us after gathering all the answers you can from Broadstreet, you need to include the information they provide in your ticket.
Should we need access to your Broadstreet account, we would pass your ticket along to our custom services team since troubleshooting 3rd party products beyond any issues in your Metro Publisher settings would be a paid service. Read more here: Metro Publisher Custom Support
