FAQ
How do you bill?
Your service fee is charged monthly to your credit card via our automated billing system. There are no long-term contracts.
What if our data transfer exceeds the monthly limit?
Data transfer above the monthly limit will be billed additionally at $1.50/GB.
NOTE: You can monitor your data transfer in go.metropublisher.com when logged in as Owner under the "Usage" menu item.

How do I change or upgrade my plan?
You have complete control of your service plan via Metro Publisher’s account management dashboard. There you can upgrade, downgrade, change billing information, or cancel your service at any time.

How do I cancel?
Your service agreement is month-to-month. You can cancel your service at any time via Metro Publisher’s account management dashboard and your service will be discontinued at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
